About the Event
A very special event. Jenny Pullar, long-standing GDSNZ member, garden designer and lighting designer, is inviting us into her Avondale home and garden. Guests are invited to arrive at 5.30pm and walk around the garden while it is still light. While the sun is setting (6:09pm, dark by 6:35pm) it's inside for a wander through Jenny's house and extensive art collection with bubbles and cake, followed by Jenny talking on 'Life & Light' - Jenny's back story and some information on garden lighting and lighting design. At 7pm it's time to head back outside and view the garden and lighting in the dark. We've never offered an event quite like this before. Numbers are limited to 30. Note - this event will happen rain or shine. Please bring an umbrella and appropriate clothing and footwear. There's heaps of inside cover but for garden viewing you may like to be prepared.
